Recently picked our Honda Odyssey RC1 Absolute from Carlo and Caitlin after needing to upgrade to a bigger family car. Carlo was easy to deal with, very accommodating and knew the vehicle inside and out. Our Honda is immaculate both inside and out, we will definitely go back to Drive Japan when it’s time for a second import! Cannot fault either the vehicle or the service provided.

After a short search for a Suzuki Jimny, it was amazing to find one at Drive Japan in our preferred colour of Kinetic Yellow!

At short notice we arrange to go and view the car. When we arrived, Carlo was great. He gave us time, answered all our questions and at no point was there any of the dreaded pressure sales techniques... a welcome change. We went for a day out and to think about it before taking the plunge and paying a deposit the next day.

The service from Carlo and Caitlin was fantastic throughout. They kept us informed of progress and helped with advice around insurance and even delivered the car to our door at 7:30pm to help with some work commitments we had.

The car is fatastic and was delivered in perfect condition, prepped to a very high standard.

It's been great to deal with people who truly want to provide a great service and they delivered on that 100%.

I would highly recommend Carlo and Caitlin at Drive Japan.

Suzuki Jimny

Just purchased an amazing Suzuki Jimny. Really great experience from start to finish. Carlo was easy to deal with, answered all my questions, and made everything feel straightforward and relaxed. No pressure at all and everything was explained clearly. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

We genuinely cannot recommned Carlo & Caitlin enough. From being so helpful when we headed in to view the Jimnys to delivering our immaculate Jimny - they were just friendly & knowledgable - no hard sell - just a lovely business to deal with (and no-one ever says that about a car dealership!)
They took time to answer our questions before purchase, they even pointed us in the right direction of where to insure (cheaper than our current car!) and kept us updated along the way .
We are delighted and would highly recommned them to anyone. First class service from start to finish.

I was looking specifically for an E51 Nissan Elgrand and travelled across to Glasgow to look for one as there was limited options in Edinburgh.

I contacted Carlo and asked if I could come and have a look at one he had. I met both Carlo and Caitlin whilst at Drive Japan, they were very welcoming and nice to speak with.

I was able to trade in my existing car and drove home that day in my new Elgrand.

Visited last Saturday with the hope of finding a replacement car. Carlo was really great - very informative and happy to answer lots of questions. He gave us plenty of time to look around and explore options for the car which would best suit us. He offered us what we both felt was a fair price for our car as a trade in. Unfortunately he did not have the right car for us in stock but we were very impressed and would have been confident to buy from him if he had.

Just ordered a white FJ Cruiser for next year I had a look at the immaculately presented cars in stock but after nearly buying the black one I decided to ask Carlo to source me one as my previous few cars have been black
The cars on display are pristine and if you know anything about Japan at all then you know how well looked after their cars are , well worth a visit as the cars are amazing all round and Carlo couldn’t do enough to help me
